She found herself
doing it all,
for everyone else.

She would make more time
for things and others
that made less time for her.

Closing her eyes,
picturing her life..

She soon realized,
it was her time.

For years she did what she thought
she was supposed to do,
for years she obeyed the norm.

This year,
she took a stand.

This year,
a whole new part of her
WAS BORN.
